Led by Nitish Bansal, with strong finance and marketing expertise spanning one and a half decades in the building material industry — especially in plywood and panel products pan India — and Shawaz Yakoob, with a strong plywood manufacturing background and multi-sector entrepreneurship, Lovely Kedium focuses on manufacturing and supplying consistent quality plywood products that cater to the stringent sourcing requirements of our buyers and supply chain.

A Chartered Accountant from a Chennai family long associated with the building materials trade, Nitish is the first manufacturer in his family. Since 2014 he has built distribution operations across Bangalore, Coimbatore and Chennai, gaining a deep understanding of what dealers, contractors and builders need.

He believes "people build companies, but systems help companies grow" — and is building Lovely Kedium on quality, consistency, transparency and strong systems.

Shawaz Yakoob

Industrialist | Plywood Manufacturing | Infrastructure

An entrepreneur with a strong plywood manufacturing background, Shawaz is a Partner in Magnus Kedium Plywood Industries and Expertise Industries, which run plywood and wood-panel processing plants producing BWP/BWR calibrated marine plywood.

As Managing Director of Kedium Infratech, he has delivered residential, commercial and hospitality projects across India and the Gulf — giving him first-hand insight into the plywood quality that real projects demand.
